User Agreement

1. General provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") regulates the relations between the project (hereinafter — "Administration") and the Internet user (hereinafter — "User") arising when using the site's services and products.

By using the site, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Administration provides the User with access to software (visual modifications) for entertainment purposes. The software is provided "as is", without any warranties.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The User undertakes:

• Observe the rules of using acquired modifications.
• Do not distribute, resell, or transfer access to third parties.
• Do not use the software to violate the rules of third-party services and servers.

The Administration has the right:

• Modify service functionality at any time.
• Block User access in case of violation of the Agreement rules without a refund.

4. Financial terms

All payment operations for services are carried out through third-party payment gateways. The Administration does not store users' bank card data.

5. Limitation of liability

The Administration is not responsible for possible consequences of using visual modifications (including but not limited to: account bans on third-party servers, technical failures, etc.). All responsibility lies solely with the User.
